Step 01 • Prospective Candidate

Initial Step

Submit Enrollment Application

Fill out the academic registration form with your institutional email, student ID number, department, and undergraduate semester.

Step 02 • Ownership Verification

24-hour Token

Verify University Email Address

Click the cryptographic verification link dispatched to your academic inbox to prove institutional domain ownership.

Step 03 • Candidate Verification

Under Review

Faculty & Administrative Review

Department advisors and faculty inspect enrollment prerequisites, ID validity, and current semester standing.

Step 04 • Admissions Decision

Status: APPROVED

Dean / Administrator Approval

The administrative board issues approval in the admin portal. Status updates instantly on Cloudflare D1.

Step 05 • Expiring Credential

48-hour Window

Receive Secure Activation Token

An expiring, single-use activation token is issued to you directly, ensuring credentials cannot be intercepted.

Step 06 • Security Finalization

Account: ACTIVE

Set Password & Activate Account

Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters). Credentials are cryptographically salted and hashed with bcrypt.

Step 07 • Graduate Onward

Institutional Email Required

Applications require a recognized .edu or university domain. A cryptographic link verifies inbox ownership before faculty inspection.

Every application is manually verified by departmental staff against course records, preventing unauthorized or duplicate accounts.

Passing quizzes records verifiable attempts in the Cloudflare D1 edge database, contributing to your cumulative academic transcript.
